Voting Information
Polling locations are established by Pottawatomie County. Poll hours are from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM on the day of the election. Visit Pottawatomie County's website to view the election calendar along with additional information.
You may pick up a Voter Registration Card at the City of Wamego office.
To register to vote online and/or in advance, voting applications may be completed online at VoteKS.org or by contacting the Pottawatomie County Clerk's office.
To register to vote online, you must have a valid Kansas driver's license or non-driver's identification card. If you do not have either of these documents, you may register to vote using the paper form. You must re-register each time you change your name, address, or party affiliation for voting. These are the steps you must complete in the online voter registration process:
- Verify your voting eligibility.
- Verify that you have a valid driver's license or non-driver's identification card.
- Enter your personal information.
- Review and submit your information.
