Poplar Street will be closed from 4th Street to 7th Street on 10/23/2022 from 3:30 PM until 6:30 PM. This will include 5th Street and Poplar Street on the east and west side, 6th Street and Poplar Street on the east and west side. Alley access will be available on both sides of Poplar Street.
